Things are going well so far. There are a lot of what-if's in my life of course, but I'm trying to and going to stay in a positive mood and on the up-and-up. Being in the Army has given me a sense of personal development and is forcing me to branch out and secure a good future for myself, my son and my future children / wife. I just hope I get this Linguist job because it seems like a good position to have not only in the Army but also outside of it. Being in California for a year will be a good fit for me. I like the weather and I'm close to someone I dearly miss. I only hope I can keep in touch and visit Aiden as much as possible. I'm glad I'm getting another chance to be back in his life and this time I will use it to my fullest advantage.
